Ingredients

How to make it

  • FILLING:
  • 3 eggs well beaten
  • 2 c. brown sugar
  • 3 Tbsps. melted butter
  • 2 tsps. vanilla
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts (pecans)
  • Make ball the size of walnut from chilled pastry.
  • Place into bite size tins.
  • With fingers make pastry cover sides and bottoms of tins.
  • Add filling by teaspoons---(or pour out of pitcher).
  • Bake in 350 oven about 20 to 25 minutes.

    Oleo is just the old name for Crisco. Of course now they don't use the trans-fat it is not the same as old fashioned Crisco anyway. Sounds like a great holiday desert
