Scotch Crispies Recipe
This is an old recipe many of you have probably made in the past.

Ingredients
  • 1 12oz. pkg. butterscotch chips
  • 1 c. peanut butter
  • 6 c. rice crispies

Directions
  1. In a double boiler, melt buterscotch chips and peanut butter.
  2. Stir until creamy and smooth.
  3. In a large bowl, mix together rice crispies and melted mixture.Mix well.
  4. Press into a 9x13,foil lined pan.
  5. Chill in refridgerator until firm. About 1 hour. Cut into squares.

Thanks so much for posting this old recipe. I used to make these for my son when he was a little boy at Christmas, who is now 32 years old. I think it came off the back of the butterscotch chip bag. Thanks again for posting it. Debbie
