An easy and fast side dish that has a zing to it that is a delight to your taste buds. It goes well with boiled or mashed potatoes.

  • 1 medium sized cucumber, sliced
  • 1.5-2 tablespoons sour cream
  • pinch of salt

Directions
  1. Mix the sliced cucumber with sour cream and add a pinch of salt to taste. Then serve.
