An easy and fast side dish that has a zing to it that is a delight to your taste buds. It goes well with boiled or mashed potatoes.
Ingredients
- 1 medium sized cucumber, sliced shopping list
- 1.5-2 tablespoons sour cream shopping list
- pinch of salt shopping list
How to make it
- Mix the sliced cucumber with sour cream and add a pinch of salt to taste. Then serve.
