- 1 egg LIGHTLY BEATEN shopping list
- 1/2 CUP OF WARM water shopping list
- MIX FIRST 6 INGREDIENTS shopping list
- ADD corn syrup, oil ,molasses AND egg.BEAT UNTIL SMOOTH. shopping list

- POUR IN A GREASED 9-INCH SQUARE BAKING PAN AT 350 DEGREES FOR 35-40 MINUTES OR UNTIL toothpick COMES OUT CLEAN. shopping list

How to make it
- LEMON SAUCE
- 1/2 CUP OF SUGAR
- 2 TABLESPOONS OF CORN STARCH
- 2/3 CUP OF WATER
- 1 TABLESPOON OF LEMON PEEL
- 1/3 CUP OF LEMON JUICE
- 1 TABLESPOON OF BUTTER
- MIX CORN STARCH AND SUGAR IN SAUCEPAN.GRADUALLY STIR IN WATER.
- COOK OVER MEDIUM HEAT, STIRRING CONSTANTLY UNTIL BOILS. BOIL AND STIR FOR 1 MINUTE; REMOVE FROM HEAT. STIR IN LEMON,JUICE AND BUTTER
- SERVE SAUCE WARM OR COOL OVER GINGERCAKE.
- REFRIGERATE ANY LEFTOVER SAUCE.
