How to make it

  • LEMON SAUCE
  • 1/2 CUP OF SUGAR
  • 2 TABLESPOONS OF CORN STARCH
  • 2/3 CUP OF WATER
  • 1 TABLESPOON OF LEMON PEEL
  • 1/3 CUP OF LEMON JUICE
  • 1 TABLESPOON OF BUTTER
  • MIX CORN STARCH AND SUGAR IN SAUCEPAN.GRADUALLY STIR IN WATER.
  • COOK OVER MEDIUM HEAT, STIRRING CONSTANTLY UNTIL BOILS. BOIL AND STIR FOR 1 MINUTE; REMOVE FROM HEAT. STIR IN LEMON,JUICE AND BUTTER
  • SERVE SAUCE WARM OR COOL OVER GINGERCAKE.
  • REFRIGERATE ANY LEFTOVER SAUCE.
