This quick and easy recipe is the best for camping. But clearly could be done at home on the grill. You won't believe how well it turns out.

Ingredients
  • 1 potato per person
  • 1 Vienna sausage
  • foil

Directions
  1. 1.) Core each potato.
  2. 2.) Insert a Vienna sausage in each potato.
  3. 3.) Wrap each potato in foil.
  4. 4.) Set in hot coals to bake for 45-90 minutes.
  5. 5.) Remove foil and slice (optional: add cheese and/or fixings of your choice).
