Ingredients

Blue Cheese

Almonds

Baby Greens

Grilled Pears

Instead of meat try shaved cheese

(or for those meat eaters try chicken on top)

wine

bread

Directions

put on a beautfiul plate some baby greens

add blue cheese crumbles on top

slivered almonds

And grilled pears...be sure to grill the pears or lightly saute them in a fry pan once over.

top with your favorite dressing

serve with wine preferably one that has a 90 or over rating and some great bread and you have it!
