Vegetable Cheese Soup Recipe

Ingredients

7 Cups Water

7 Chicken or beef Bouillon cubes(or use some of both)

16oz Frozen Broccoli Cuts

16oz Frozen Mixed Vegetables

2 LBs Frozen Hash Browns

1 LG onion,chopped

2 Cans Cream Of Chicken soup

2 Cups Milk

1 Cup Instant Mashed Potatoes

1 LB Sharp Cheese

Pepper to taste

Directions

In large saucepan,mix water,boullion,broccoli,mixed vegetables,hash browns,and onion;simmer for 30 minutes.Add soup,milk,instant potatoes,cheese and pepper.Serve immediately or freeze for future use.
