Caribbean Spicy Mango Sauce Recipe
Simple homemade spicy mango sauce for chicken, pork or fish.

Ingredients
  • 6 whole mango, peeled and seeded
  • 7 whole kiwi, peeled
  • 7 whole habanero chile pepper, fresh, stemed and seeded
  • 4 whole lime, for juice
  • 4 whole lemon, for juice
  • 4 tbsp no sugar added orange juice, or use fresh squeeze orange
  • 1/3 c white vinegar
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 2 c water

Directions
  1. In large pot add habanero, water & salt.
  2. Slow boil for 15 mins, then drain, saving 3/4 c of water.
  3. Puree in blender, pour in the saved water & all ingredients except vinegar.
  4. Return to pot & simmer on medium-low heat for 10 mins. stirring constantly.
  5. Remove from heat & stir in vinegar til slightly cooled.
  6. Keeps in refrigerator up to 4 months.
  7. Best serve sweet & spicy for chicken, pork, or fish.
  8. Enjoy!
