How to make it

  • In large pot add habanero, water & salt.
  • Slow boil for 15 mins, then drain, saving 3/4 c of water.
  • Puree in blender, pour in the saved water & all ingredients except vinegar.
  • Return to pot & simmer on medium-low heat for 10 mins. stirring constantly.
  • Remove from heat & stir in vinegar til slightly cooled.
  • Keeps in refrigerator up to 4 months.
  • Best serve sweet & spicy for chicken, pork, or fish.
  • Enjoy!
