Caribbean Spicy Mango Sauce

- 6 whole mango, peeled and seeded shopping list
- 7 whole kiwi, peeled shopping list
- 7 whole habanero chile pepper, fresh, stemed and seeded shopping list
- 4 whole lime, for juice shopping list
- 4 whole lemon, for juice shopping list
- 4 tbsp no sugar added orange juice, or use fresh squeeze orange shopping list
- 1/3 c white vinegar shopping list
- 1 tsp sea salt shopping list
- 2 c water shopping list
How to make it
- In large pot add habanero, water & salt.
- Slow boil for 15 mins, then drain, saving 3/4 c of water.
- Puree in blender, pour in the saved water & all ingredients except vinegar.
- Return to pot & simmer on medium-low heat for 10 mins. stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat & stir in vinegar til slightly cooled.
- Keeps in refrigerator up to 4 months.
- Best serve sweet & spicy for chicken, pork, or fish.
