I found this is the Kraft Food and Family Fall 08 book. We tried these and loved them!

Ingredients
  • 2 large Sweet Potatoes (1 1/2 lb)
  • 2 ounces (1/4 8 oz pkg) Neufchatel cheese, cubed
  • 2 Tbl fat-free or 1% milk
  • 1 Tbl brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 C pecan pieces

Directions
  1. 425F oven
  2. Cut potatoes lengthwise in half; place, cut sides down, in a foil lined baking pan
  3. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until tender
  4. Scoop out centers of potatoes into a bowl, leaving 1/4 inch thick shells
  5. Add cheese, milk, brown sugar and cinnamon to the potatoes; mash until blended
  6. Spoon mixture into shells; top with nuts
  7. Bake 8 minutes or until potatoes are heated through and nuts are toasted
