This gives the taste-bubs some-thing different when it comes to the liver-wurst.

Ingredients
  • 6 oz liverwurst
  • 1 small onion finely chopped
  • 4 tablespoons cream
  • a little crushed garlic
  • 1 tablespoon sherry or brandy
  • salt and pepper

Directions
  1. Mash liver-wurst with fork
  2. Add onion and garlic,mash to combine.
  3. Pour in sherry and season to taste.
  4. Beat until smooth
  5. Pile into a small dish .
  6. sprinkle with parsley
  7. Serve with hot toast and butter ,crackers.

OMG! Would you believe I love chopped liver? LOL Can almost imagine the soft creamy liver smooshing into the hot crusty buttery toast, as I crunch into it *droooooooool*
