- 6 oz liverwurst shopping list
- 1 small onion finely chopped shopping list
- 4 tablespoons cream shopping list
- a little crushed garlic shopping list
- 1 tablespoon sherry or brandy shopping list
- salt and pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Mash liver-wurst with fork
- Add onion and garlic,mash to combine.
- Pour in sherry and season to taste.
- Beat until smooth
- Pile into a small dish .
- sprinkle with parsley
- Serve with hot toast and butter ,crackers.

OMG! Would you believe I love chopped liver? LOL Can almost imagine the soft creamy liver smooshing into the hot crusty buttery toast, as I crunch into it *droooooooool*
