Bay Sallops And Shells

- 1/4 cup low-fat cottage cheese shopping list
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice shopping list
- 1 Tbsp. fresh dill, chopped shopping list
- 2 cups scallops, steamed shopping list
- 1 cup celery, finely chopped shopping list
- 1/4 cup green onion, chopped shopping list
- 1 Tbsp. Italian dressing shopping list
- 6 0z. large pasta shells, cooked and drained shopping list
- Assorted fresh greens, optional shopping list
How to make it
- First steam the scallops and cook and drain the pasta.
- In blender, combine cottage cheese, lemon juice and dill until smooth.
- Pour cheese mixture into a bowl, add scallops, celery and onion, mixing well.
- In separate bowl, mix drained pasta with Italian dressing. Spoon salad mixture into shells.
- Serve over a bed of assorted greens.
