baconchedder onion stuffed burgers

- Serves 4
tasty,messey,dripping gooey hamburgers
Ingredients
- 1/4 lb cooked bacon,crisp,chopped shopping list
- 1/2 large onion diced shopping list
- 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded shopping list
- 1 1/2 lbs ground beef shopping list
- 1/2 tea spiked or seasoned salt shopping list
- 2 tbl beer the rest is mine! shopping list
How to make it
- combine bacon,onion,cheddar, set aside
- combine beef,beer,spike,mix
- make the patties- 8 patties
- place 4 patties on a platter. put the mixture on the patties
- place 4 patties on top of the mixture
- pinch the sides, closed
- place on the grill for 4 minutes each side
- or intill internal temp has reached 140 degrees
