Ingredients
  • 1/4 lb cooked bacon,crisp,chopped
  • 1/2 large onion diced
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
  • 1/2 tea spiked or seasoned salt
  • 2 tbl beer the rest is mine!

Directions
  1. combine bacon,onion,cheddar, set aside
  2. combine beef,beer,spike,mix
  3. make the patties- 8 patties
  4. place 4 patties on a platter. put the mixture on the patties
  5. place 4 patties on top of the mixture
  6. pinch the sides, closed
  7. place on the grill for 4 minutes each side
  8. or intill internal temp has reached 140 degrees
