- 1 lb ground beef shopping list

- 1/4 cup bell pepper shopping list
- 1/2 tea garlic powder shopping list
- 1 tea mustard shopping list
- 3/4 cup ketchup shopping list
- 1/2 cup brown sugar shopping list
- 2 tbl worcestershire sauce shopping list
How to make it
- brown the ground round drain
- stir in all bring heat up to it bubbles then down and simmer for 30 minutes
- serve on toasted buns
