Breaded Dijon Pork Chops Recipe
This a great way to make unique pork chops using ingredients you probably already have! Great with seasoned rice and pasta! Full of flavor with a great crunch - VERY juicy!

Ingredients
  • 3/4C Saltine Crackers Finely Ground in a Freezer Bag
  • 2 t. Thyme
  • 1T Cracked Black Pepper
  • 4T Dijon Mustard
  • 4 Boneless Pork Chops
  • 1/4-1/2C oil

Directions
  1. Heat oil on the stove over medium-high heat
  2. Combine crackers, thyme, and pepper - pour onto a plate
  3. Spread mustard on both sides of the pork chops and coat with crumb mixture.
  4. Fry in oil about 5-7 minutes per side until coating is brown and crisp
  5. Remove to a platter and serve hot!!
  6. Be careful when turning the chops - try to disturb as little of the breading as possible
  7. Also, DO NOT ALLOW THE SKILLET TO RUN OUT OF OIL - The chops will stick and you will lose your breading!
