A refreshing dessert drink that can be enjoyed even while watching your weight. Especially good for late night sugar cravings! All the delight of hot cocoa without the guilt. A serving has 20 calories, 0 g sugar and 0.5g fat! DELICIOUS!

Ingredients
- 1 TBSP Unsweetened cocoa powder
- 3 TBSP Splenda (or other artificial sweetener)
- 1/4 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 cup boiling water (or milk for a better taste, if you're not concerned about the additional calories)
Directions
- Put cocoa, artificial sweetener and vanilla into a mug
- Pour in boiling water (or milk; or even 1/2 milk, 1/2 water)
- Stir
- Enjoy guilt-free!

Splenda has aspartaam, that is really bad. I recommend it to not eat anything is aspartam.. look it up in google
