Note : there is no cake in the recipe just a meringue over the ice cream.

Ingredients
- 1 qt ice cream softened- any flavor
- 1 pre baked graham cracker or cookie crumb crust for 9 inch pie
- 3 large egg white
- 1 cup marshmallow cream
Directions
- Spread ice cream over pie crust and chill to freeze
- Beat egg whites till stiff peaks
- Gradually beat in marshmallow cream to stiff peaks.
- Spread over frozen ice cream to cover completely
- Bake in a preheated 500F oven for about 3 minutes or top is slightly browned
- Serve immediately
