Jack-o-Lantern Burgers

Having a Halloween Party for the kids? These burgers are fun to "carve" cheesy faces for. The mildly seasoned burgers are a hit at a Halloween theme party.
Ingredients
- 1 envelope onion soup mix shopping list
- 1/4 cup ketchup shopping list
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar shopping list
- 2 teaspoons prepared horseradish shopping list
- 2 teaspoons chili powder shopping list
- 2-1/2 pounds ground beef shopping list
- 10 slices process American cheese shopping list
- 10 hamburger buns, split shopping list
How to make it
- In a large bowl, combine soup mix, ketchup, brown sugar, horseradish and chili powder. Crumble beef over mixture; mix well. Shape into 10 patties. Pan-fry or Grill, Broil until the meat is no longer pink.
- Cut eyes, nose and mouth out of each cheese slice to create a jack-o'-lantern. Place cheese on burgers; cook until cheese is slightly melted, about 1 minute.
- For little ones buy the mini buns and make small size for the little ones to have at a family Halloween Party. Don't forget the Ketchup for the blood effect.
