Ingredients
  • 1 1-lb sized rump steak (per 2 people)
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • 1/4 tsp basil
  • dash fresh lemon juice
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • canola oil
  • freshly picked tomatoes, carrots and peppers

Directions
  1. Season the steak and cook on medium-high for ten minutes, then give the meat a one-quarter turn to achieve the nice grill marks
  2. Turn the steak and grill another 10 minutes
  3. On a sheet of foil, add about 3 tbsp canola oil, and place the raw veggies on it.
  4. Grill until veggies are tender, and add salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Delicious! Each 1 lb steak serves two people :+D

This sounds wonderful! I love adding the veggies on the grill! I really have to watch grilling beef. I tend to overcook if I'm not careful.
