Elaines Grilled Beef With Garden-fresh Vegetables

- 1 1-lb sized rump steak (per 2 people) shopping list
- 1/2 tsp oregano shopping list
- 1/4 tsp basil shopping list
- dash fresh lemon juice shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
- canola oil shopping list
- freshly picked tomatoes, carrots and peppers shopping list
How to make it
- Season the steak and cook on medium-high for ten minutes, then give the meat a one-quarter turn to achieve the nice grill marks
- Turn the steak and grill another 10 minutes
- On a sheet of foil, add about 3 tbsp canola oil, and place the raw veggies on it.
- Grill until veggies are tender, and add salt and pepper to taste.
- Delicious! Each 1 lb steak serves two people :+D
