Ingredients

1 1-lb sized rump steak (per 2 people)

1/2 tsp oregano

1/4 tsp basil

dash fresh lemon juice

salt and pepper to taste

canola oil

freshly picked tomatoes, carrots and peppers

Directions

Season the steak and cook on medium-high for ten minutes, then give the meat a one-quarter turn to achieve the nice grill marks

Turn the steak and grill another 10 minutes

On a sheet of foil, add about 3 tbsp canola oil, and place the raw veggies on it.

Grill until veggies are tender, and add salt and pepper to taste.

Delicious! Each 1 lb steak serves two people :+D
