Pears Pasta And Pecan Salad

Try this unique pasta salad with pears and a honey and lime-flavored salad dressing.
Ingredients
- pasta Ingredients: shopping list
- 4 ounces (1 cup) uncooked dried gemelli (double twist pasta) or small pasta shells shopping list
- salad dressing Ingredients: shopping list
- 1/4 cup sour cream shopping list
- 1 teaspoon freshly grated lime peel shopping list
- 3 tablespoons lime juice shopping list
- 3 tablespoons olive or vegetable oil shopping list
- 2 tablespoons honey shopping list
- Salad Ingredients: shopping list
- 1/4 cup coarsely chopped pecans, toasted shopping list
- 2 ribs (1 cup) celery, sliced shopping list
- 1 medium pear, sliced, quartered shopping list
- 1 medium apple, sliced, quartered shopping list
- 2 tablespoons chopped green onions shopping list
How to make it
- Cook gemelli according to package directions. Rinse with cold water; drain.
- Meanwhile, combine all salad dressing ingredients in small bowl.
- Just before serving, toss together cooked pasta and all remaining salad ingredients in large bowl. Drizzle with dressing; toss gently to coat.
