Beef and Cheese Foldover

- 1 pound ground beef shopping list
- 1/2 cup chopped onion shopping list
- 3/4 cup barbeque sauce shopping list
- 6 slices American cheese (or shredded if you prefer) shopping list
- 2 (8 oz.) cans crescent rolls shopping list
- 2 teaspoons sesame seeds (optional) shopping list
How to make it
- Brown meant and onion; drain.
- Add barbeque sauce, set aside.
- Unroll crescent rolls into 4 long rectangles on cookie sheet.
- Pat to form a 15 x 13 inch rectangle. Spread meat mixture lengthwise in a 4 inch wide strip down the center of dough to within 1 inch of ends.
- Top meet with cheese.
- Fold in short sides of dough first then long sides. Overlap edges and pinch to seal. Sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.
- Bake at 375 for 20-25 minutes.
- Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
- Note: I see they have new crescent roll sheets with no perforations. Haven't tried them but I bet they would work well.
