Penne Alfredo Recipe

Ingredients

1 box of Penne pasta cooked and drained

1 pint of Heavy whipping cream

2-3 cloves of garlic (I use 5-6 as I LOVE garlic)

2 sticks of butter

1 large spoonful of sour cream

1 cup of shredded parmesan

Salt and Pepper

Directions

Melt butter with garlic, add the cream and sour cream, a little salt and pepper. When all melted and warm stir in the parmesan cheese on low-med heat until cheese melts. Add to cooked pasta. The sauce will be runny so you may want to remove from heat and stir for a couple minutes. You can add chicken to this also if you would like. Quick, fast and Easy.
