Penne Alfredo

I love alfredo sauce and wanted to try it with other noodles. This one is pretty good. I have cut back a little on the butter but I will leave that up to you.
Ingredients
- 1 box of penne pasta cooked and drained shopping list
- 1 pint of heavy whipping cream shopping list
- 2-3 cloves of garlic (I use 5-6 as I LOVE garlic) shopping list
- 2 sticks of butter shopping list
- 1 large spoonful of sour cream shopping list
- 1 cup of shredded parmesan shopping list
- salt and pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Melt butter with garlic, add the cream and sour cream, a little salt and pepper. When all melted and warm stir in the parmesan cheese on low-med heat until cheese melts. Add to cooked pasta. The sauce will be runny so you may want to remove from heat and stir for a couple minutes. You can add chicken to this also if you would like. Quick, fast and Easy.
