Raisin Pancake

                    - semolina – 2 cups shopping list
 - Refined flour- 1cup shopping list
 - Baking powder- 3 tsp shopping list
 - sugar – 1/2 cups shopping list
 - raisin – 1/2 cup soaked shopping list
 - water to soak and mix for batter shopping list
 - orange peel powder- 1/2 tsp shopping list
 - ( can use vanilla or any essence of your taste) shopping list
 - oil to fry shopping list
 
How to make it 
                    - Soak 2 cups semolina mixed with sugar and let it stand for sometime so that it soaks the water.
 - Mix soaked semolina with flour mixed with baking powder and orange peel powder.
 - Make a smooth batter add raisin and the orange peel powder
 - Heat oil in a pan.
 - Drop 1 tbsp of batter in oil in full flame.
 - Reduce flame and fry turning both the sides till golden brown.
 - Transfer to a plate after draining extra oil in a kitchen paper.
 - It’s a tea or coffee time snack.
