How to make it

  • Mix corn flour, baking powder, salt and add water to make a batter.
  • Heat little oil in a pan just to sauté the ginger garlic paste and add it to the batter.
  • Mix it properly
  • Dip single mushroom in the batter and deep fry in oil. Fry all mushroom this way and keep aside.
  • For the sauce-
  • Heat oil. Add ginger- garlic paste sauté for some time. Add green chilli paste and fry for 1 min. Add tomato sauce mix well.
  • Add water. Mix well and let it boil
  • Dissolve corn flour in water without leaving any lump. Add slowly to the pan mix thoroughly
  • Add the fried mushroom. When the gravy thickens add the soya sauce .
  • Stir properly. Cook till the mushroom is well coated in the sauce.
  • Garnish with spring onion and cilantro.
  • Serve hot
