How to make it

  • Combine the jerk marinade and soy sauce in a resealable plastic bag. Add the steaks, seal the bag and turn to coat the meat with the marinade.
  • Marinate at least 2 hours (or overnight) in the refrigerator.
  • Grill over hot coals about 5 minutes on each side, or until done to your taste.
  • Serve hot off the grill.
