Very easy but flavorful Jerk marinated steaks. Great for your next BBQ.

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup Jerk Marinade
  • 1 Tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 (10-oz. each) rib eye steaks

Directions
  1. Combine the jerk marinade and soy sauce in a resealable plastic bag. Add the steaks, seal the bag and turn to coat the meat with the marinade.
  2. Marinate at least 2 hours (or overnight) in the refrigerator.
  3. Grill over hot coals about 5 minutes on each side, or until done to your taste.
  4. Serve hot off the grill.
