Jerk Rib Eye Steaks

Very easy but flavorful Jerk marinated steaks. Great for your next BBQ.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Jerk marinade shopping list
- 1 Tablespoon soy sauce shopping list
- 2 (10-oz. each) rib eye steaks shopping list
How to make it
- Combine the jerk marinade and soy sauce in a resealable plastic bag. Add the steaks, seal the bag and turn to coat the meat with the marinade.
- Marinate at least 2 hours (or overnight) in the refrigerator.
- Grill over hot coals about 5 minutes on each side, or until done to your taste.
- Serve hot off the grill.
