Baked Mushroom Dish

- 1/2 pound mushrroms shopping list
- 2 Tablespoons white wine shopping list
- 2 (8 1/2 oz.) cans artichoke hearts, drained shopping list
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled shopping list
- 2 cans (8 oz. each) tomato sauce shopping list
- 2 Tablespoons pine nuts shopping list
- 2 Tablespoons parsley, chopped shopping list
- 2 Tablespoons parmesan cheese, grated shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Wash mushrooms, trim tough ends from stems. Remove stems, slice them and set aside.
- Sprinkle a buttered, shallow baking dish with wine.
- Arrange mushroom caps and artichoke hearts alternately in dish.
- Sprinkle with bacon.
- Combine tomatoe sauce, sliced stems and pine nuts.
- Mix wel.
- Pour over vegetables.
- Sprinkle with parsley and cheese.
- Bake uncovered 30 minutes.
