A great Pork Chop recipe that goes together very fast and bakes while you finish the rest of the meal, or help the kids with homework!

Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon fennel seed
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 pork loin chops, can use boneless

Directions
  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In small bowl, combine parsley, oregano, fennel, garlic, salt and pepper and mix well. Coat pork chops with parsley mixture.
  3. Place into an ungreased 8" square baking dish.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until pork chops are no longer pink in the center.
