Ingredients
  • 2 c flour
  • 1/2 c sugar
  • 4 tbsp cocoa
  • 4 tsp b.p.
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 c nuts
  • 1 c milk
  • 4 tbsp melted butter
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 c brown sugar
  • 1/2 c white sugar
  • 4 tbsp cocoa
  • 2 c boiling water

Directions
  1. mix first 9 ingredients and pour in greased 9x9" 4" deep baking dish
  2. mix remaining ingredients and pour over batter in baking dish
  3. cook at 350 for 30 - 60 mins or until toothpick stuck in middle comes out clean
