Fish Kebab

- 750 gr salmon (or tuna) filet cut in 3 cm cubes. shopping list
- 2 red bell peppers cut in cubes. shopping list
- 2 medium onions cut in 4 pcs. shopping list
- 16 cherry tomatoes cut in halves. shopping list
- 1/2 bunch parsley chopped. shopping list
- for the marinade: shopping list
- 2 tbs white vinegar. shopping list
- 1 tbs lemon juice. shopping list
- 1 tbs ginger shredded. shopping list
- 4 tbs olive oil. shopping list
- 1 tbs soya sauce. shopping list
- 1 tbs fish sauce. shopping list
- 2 tbs honey. shopping list
- 1 ts mustard. shopping list
- 1 hot chili without seeds chopped. shopping list
- white pepper to taste. shopping list
- wooden skewers ( min 30 soaked in water). shopping list
How to make it
- In a bowl mix marinade ingredients till you got a smooth sauce.
- Put 3 tbs marinade aside in a small bowl.
- Put fish cubes in a bowl and add marinade, mix well.
- Put 60 min in the refrigerator.
- Stick fish cube, 1/2 tomato, pcs onion, pcs bell pepper on a skewer and again till skewer is full.
- Saute kebabs 3 min on each side in a grill pan (or on the barbecue)
- till done.
- Put on a plate, top with marinade and garnish with parsley.
- Serve warm.
