Ingredients
  • 750 gr salmon (or tuna) filet cut in 3 cm cubes.
  • 2 red bell peppers cut in cubes.
  • 2 medium onions cut in 4 pcs.
  • 16 cherry tomatoes cut in halves.
  • 1/2 bunch parsley chopped.
  • for the marinade:
  • 2 tbs white vinegar.
  • 1 tbs lemon juice.
  • 1 tbs ginger shredded.
  • 4 tbs olive oil.
  • 1 tbs soya sauce.
  • 1 tbs fish sauce.
  • 2 tbs honey.
  • 1 ts mustard.
  • 1 hot chili without seeds chopped.
  • white pepper to taste.
  • wooden skewers ( min 30 soaked in water).

Directions
  1. In a bowl mix marinade ingredients till you got a smooth sauce.
  2. Put 3 tbs marinade aside in a small bowl.
  3. Put fish cubes in a bowl and add marinade, mix well.
  4. Put 60 min in the refrigerator.
  5. Stick fish cube, 1/2 tomato, pcs onion, pcs bell pepper on a skewer and again till skewer is full.
  6. Saute kebabs 3 min on each side in a grill pan (or on the barbecue)
  7. till done.
  8. Put on a plate, top with marinade and garnish with parsley.
  9. Serve warm.
