Ingredients
  • 200 gr all purpose floor.
  • 100 gr margarine.
  • 1 egg yolk.
  • 2 tbs ground cinamon.
  • 100 gr sugar.
  • A pinch of salt
  • 3 tbs cold water.
  • 1 kg sour apples.
  • 2 tbs sugar
  • 100 gr sugar.
  • 3 eggs.
  • 1/8 l liquid whiping cream.
  • 1 tbs vanille sugar.
  • 1ts vanille powder.

Directions
  1. Mix floor,margarine, egg yolk, 100 gr sugar, salt and cold water and knead to a ball, wrap in plastic folie and let rest for 3 hours in the fridge.
  2. preheat oven to 200 C, peel apples, cut in 4 pieces and take core and seeds out.
  3. Roll dough ca 4 mm thick and put in an oiled 24 cm springform, prick bottom with a fork.
  4. Put in the apple pieces, sprinkle with sugar (2 tbs) and ground cinamon, bake 25 min.
  5. Beat eggs with sugar foamy, add whiping cream and vanille sugar, vanille, continue beating till smooth, top on the apple pie and bake 25 min more.
