Tater-tot Barbeque Pork Recipe

Ingredients
- Pre heat oven 400
- Coat 1 1/2 Quart Baking dish with cooking spray{or grease lightly}
- combined 1 tub{18 oz} prepared bbq. sauce with pork}
- 1 can black beans {rinsed and drained}
- 3/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup scallions. 1 Tsp red pepper, Tabasco sauce
- 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
- Spread evenly in dish
Directions
- Top with 1/2 bag {32 oz.}pkg. frozen tater-tots.
- Bake untill bubbly and brown 30 minutes cool 5 minutes Sprinkle with 1/4 cup sliced scallions.
- Note: I omitted the tabasco sauce and put colby cheese on top and let melt.}
- Note: was given to me by a friend enjoy
