7-cup Salad Recipe Nodakmom / All my dishes

Ths is an easy salad to make in the evening and take to a summer gathering the next day. My family loves it.

Ingredients
  • 1 C. frozen coconut
  • 1 C. sour cream
  • 1 C. pineapple bits
  • 1 C. chopped pecans
  • 1 C. miniature marshmallows
  • 1 C. maraschino cherries
  • 1 C. mandarin oranges

Directions
  1. Drain fruit. Mix ingredients. Let set overnight.
