Grilled Japanese Eggplant Recipe

How to make it

  • Wash eggplant and pat dry then lightly coat with olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper.
  • Prepare a charcoal fire then place eggplant on grill over direct heat and cover with lid.
  • Turn several times during cooking which should take approximately 5 minutes.
