How to make it

  • Place meat in marinating dish with cover. Using fork puncture all the way through meat .Fork entire cut of meat . Pour dressing over meat turn to coat both sides. Cover and place in fridge. Every few hrs fork and turn it again. Keep cool for couple days. Fork again before grilling and let set to room temp.. Cook on very hot grill with lid down for 3-4 min. turn spoon with marinade close lid. 3-4 min.repeat do this for about 15 min. Remove from grill place on cutting board . Slice thin across grain at an angle About 60 degrees. Arange slices on plate with side and garnish.Serve rare.

    This pic should be in a cooking magazine. It just couldn't look any more perfect. Crusty, cooked perfect, juice on the plate, it doesn't get better. It is just mouth watering, I think I can smell it!
