Mini Pizzas

This is great for a party appetizer or a meal that is very easy and fun for kids to make.
Ingredients
- 8 English muffins, split and toasted shopping list
- 1 cup pizza sauce shopping list
- 2 cups shredded mozzaerlla shopping list
- 1 package pepperoni slices shopping list
- any other toppings of your desire shopping list
How to make it
- Pre-heat oven to 425.
- Place muffins on a cookie sheet.
- Assemble ingredients onto the muffins, just like making a pizza.
- Bake for 5 to 10 minutes or until cheese melts.
