A creamy and cheesey twist on the deviled egg

Ingredients
  • 1 dozen eggs
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 2 ripe avacodos
  • 2 tbl lime/ or lemon juice
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 3 tbl parsley
  • paprika
  • 1 bag of doritoes

Directions
  1. Boil eggs and cool
  2. slice longways and remove yolk
  3. combine all the ingredients including the yolks
  4. in a medium bowl
  5. place a spoon full of the mixture in the half egg
  6. sprinkle with paprika and cool for at least 2 hrs before serving
  7. while waitting on it to cool, dip doritios in the remaining mixture and eat

Love this recipe. I can get Avacados here pretty cheap since they grow well here. Have to try this. Saving the recipe for the holidays too.
