Transparent Apple Pie

An apple recipe now that it is apple time.
Ingredients
- 1 stick margarine shopping list
- 1 1/2 c. sugar shopping list
- 1 heaping Tbsp. flour mixed in sugar shopping list
- 1 tsp. nutmeg shopping list
- 2 whole eggs (slightly beaten) shopping list
- 1 1/2 c. diced apples shopping list
How to make it
- Cream shortening and sugar.
- Add eggs and nutmeg.
- Fold in apples.
- Put in uncooked crust.
- Preheat oven to 400, bake 10 minutes.
- Reduce to 325 or 300 depending on your oven and bake 45 minutes.
