Creamy Mushroom Meatloaf Recipe

Ingredients

1 can cream of mushroom soup

2 pounds ground beef

1 pouch dry onion soup mix

1/2 cup dry bread crumbs

1 egg beaten

1/4 cup water

Directions

Mix 1/2 cup soup, beef, onion soup mix, bread crumbs and egg until well combined.

Shape firmly into loaf in baking pan then bake at 350 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.

Mix 2 tablespoons drippings, remaining soup and water then heat through.

Serve with meatloaf.
