How to make it

  • Marinate chicken in soy sauce and pepper to taste for 20min, then brown with onions, ginger and bacon bones.
  • Add rempah paste, mustard seed, salt and chicken stock. Once rempah is cooked add potatos and water.
  • Boil until the potatos are cooked and liquid thickens. Add cabbage cucumber and vinegar. Remove from heat.
