- 1.5kg chicken pieces shopping list
- 200g bacon bones shopping list
- thumb sized piece of ginger, cut into strips shopping list
- half an onion, finely sliced shopping list
- 2 peeled and quartered potatos shopping list
- handful of sliced cabbage shopping list
- 1 cucumber cut into strips shopping list
- 5 tablespoons oil shopping list
- 700ml water shopping list
- pinch salt shopping list
- 5 tablespoons vinegar shopping list
- 1/2 tablespoons chicken stock shopping list
- 10g mustard seed shopping list
- soy sauce shopping list
- Remah paste(how to make it in another recipies- Rempah paste) shopping list
How to make it
- Marinate chicken in soy sauce and pepper to taste for 20min, then brown with onions, ginger and bacon bones.
- Add rempah paste, mustard seed, salt and chicken stock. Once rempah is cooked add potatos and water.
- Boil until the potatos are cooked and liquid thickens. Add cabbage cucumber and vinegar. Remove from heat.
