Ingredients

How to make it

  • Heat oil in skillet
  • Add chicken, saute for two minutes
  • Add garlic and onion, saute for 5 minutes
  • Add tomatoes, boullion, lime juice and salt and pepper
  • Simmer for about 15 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and most liquid is evaporated.
  • Stir in cilantro
  • Serve in tortillas with cheese and guacamole

    I bet this would be great as a lettuce wrap too if you are trying to cut down on the carbs. Can't wait to try.
