Ingredients
  • 5 lb sweet potato
  • 1 gal apple cider
  • 2 cinnamin sticks

Directions
  1. Peel and cut up potato
  2. add cider to cover
  3. add cinnamin sticks
  4. bring to a boil and simmer until potatoes are very soft
  5. remove sticks
  6. mash until smooth
