How to make it

  • thaw and dry off filets
  • dry rub one side of filets with salt, pepper, cajun spice. garlic powder, and smoked paprika
  • place spiced side down onto pan
  • follow step number 2 for alternate side.
  • cook about 3-5 minutes on each side depending on thickness of fish
  • lightly dust with cayenne before serving. ( do not want to cook cayenne in hot oil, may need a gas mask! )
  • enjoy!

    My only problem was that I wasn't told the temperature to cook at. I guess it at a medium heat and it's turned out well
