How to make it

  • HEAT oven to 350°F. Spray an 8-inch square cake pan with no-stick cooking spray. Combine muffin mix, milk, eggs, pineapple and coconut extract in medium bowl. Stir just until blended.
  • POUR into prepared pan. Sprinkle with macadamia nuts. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.
  • COMBINE all glaze ingredients in small bowl; blend until smooth. Drizzle over warm cake.
