Ingredients
  • 1 c. Pet milk
  • 6 oz. pkg. semi-chocolate pieces
  • 1 c. marshmallows (miniature)
  • 1/4 tsp. salt

Directions
  1. Stir over low heat until thickens, cool to room temperature.
  2. Line a 9 inch pie pan with vanilla wafers.
  3. Spoon 1/2 of quart vanilla ice cream in pie pan, then chocolate mixture and repeat.
  4. Top with pecans and freeze 3 to 5 hours or nice to fix ahead for the freezer.
  5. Serves 8.
