Ingredients
- 1 8 inch or 9 inch unbaked pie shell
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/4 pt. whipping cream
- 4 or 5 fresh peaches----peeled and sliced
Directions
- Place siced peaches in bottom of unbaked pie shell.
- Mix together sugar, flour and whipping cream and pour over peaches.
- Dot with butter and sprinkle wih nutmeg.
- Bake at 400 until crust is golden brown.
