Ingredients

How to make it

  • Saute sausage with onion and garlic until onion is translucent and sausage is no longer pink.
  • Drain and place in large stock pot or dutch oven.
  • Add broth and all ingredients except tortellini.
  • Simmer until veggies are tender, approximately 40 min.
  • Add tortellini and cook until tender, approximately 8-10 minutes.
  • Ladle into bowls and serve with freshly grated parmesan cheese on top.
