JJs Ice Cream Bread

This is so simple to make. I had this at my friend's house and brought the recipe home to my Mom. We made vanilla and had it for breakfast, but next is chocolate chip mint and butter pecan.
Ingredients
- 1 pint any flavor ice cream shopping list
- 1 1/2 cup self-rising flour shopping list
How to make it
- You just soften the ice cream and mix with the flour.
- Spoon into a greased 8x4 loaf pan at 350degrees for 40-45 minutes
