Corn Casserole

- 2 1/2 cups cream corn (2 cans) shopping list
- 3/4 cup evaporated milk shopping list
- 1 beaten egg shopping list
- 1/3 cup finely diced onion shopping list
- 2 cups fine cracker crumbs (I use whatever I have and mix them up) shopping list
- 1/2 cup butter shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
- paprika (optional) shopping list
How to make it
- heat corn and milk
- stir in egg, onions,salt, pepper and 1 cup cracker crumbs
- heat and stir untill mixed well
- pour into buttered casserol dish
- melt butter and mix with remaining cracker crumbs, place on top, sprinkle with paprika
- heat at 400* for 30 min or untill knife comes out clean
