Ingredients

How to make it

  • heat corn and milk
  • stir in egg, onions,salt, pepper and 1 cup cracker crumbs
  • heat and stir untill mixed well
  • pour into buttered casserol dish
  • melt butter and mix with remaining cracker crumbs, place on top, sprinkle with paprika
  • heat at 400* for 30 min or untill knife comes out clean

    It is a recipie from my grandmother that has been passed on to me, I always loved it when she made it and now I make it for my family!

    Wow. I haven't had this one in eons. One of our relatives shared this recipe with my mother when I was a child. I'll not date it but suffice to say you just brought memories of a lovely family time back from years long forgotten.
