Chicken In A Skillet Recipe

	easy tomato onion skillet chicken

Ingredients

2 Tablespoons oil

2-1/2 to 3-pound chicken, cut into serving pieces

1 (14-1/2 ounce) can whole peeled tomatoes, undrained and coarsely chopped

1 envelope Lipton Onion Recipe Soup Mix

1/3 cup water

Directions

In a large skillet, heat oil and brown chicken over medium-high heat; drain.

Add tomatoes, juice and all, and add onion recipe soup mix blended with water.

Simmer covered, stirring occasionally, 45 minutes or until chicken is done.
