Artichoke Frittata

- 2 - 6 oz. jars of marinated artichokes hearts, chopped-reserve liquid from one jar shopping list
- 1/2 pound grated cheddar cheese shopping list
- 1/4 cup fresh bread crumbs. shopping list
- 4 eggs shopping list
- 1 tsp each of oregano, Tabasco and ground black pepper shopping list
- 1 small onion shopping list
- 1 clove of garlic-minced shopping list
- 2 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley shopping list
How to make it
- Sauté garlic and onion in reserved liquid.
- Whisk eggs in a bowl and then combine all other ingredients, including onions and garlic.
- Bake in greased 11x9 pan at 350* for 30 minutes.
- This can be served warm or at room temperature. Easily doubled and baked in a 9 x 13 pan.
