Ingredients
- 1 stick butter shopping list
- 3 tbl gratted onion shopping list
- 1 tbl gratted bell pepper shopping list
- 2 tbl minced parsley shopping list
- 2 tbl worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 1 tea louisiana hot sauce shopping list
- 2 lemons sliced shopping list
- creole seasoning shopping list
- 1 4lb red snapper or bass shopping list
How to make it
- melt butter in pan.add all except fish
- stir well to mix
- place snapper on a sheet of tin foil [heavt type]
- and pour sauce over fish
- eal foil , make sure no leaks
- place on the grill, a grill with a hood if possible
- turn package every 20 minutes
- be carefull not to tear foil.... i would use a fish basket
- cook for 1 1/2 hours turning every 20 min
- remove from foil and place on grill for 10 minutes
- turn and cook another 10 minutes basting with sauce
- i have made this...its the bomb.
